I’ve ordered from Viva Pets a few times and the products themselves have been fine. No complaints there, and the prices are okay too. The problem is the delivery. One order arrived quickly, but another took way longer than expected and the tracking barely updated, which was really frustrating. I had planned around it because I needed the pet food by a certain day, and it ended up throwing everything off. It’s not the worst experience ever, but if you need something urgently, I wouldn’t fully count on the delivery being on time.

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to deal with a long back-and-forth, so I really appreciated how fast they helped me. It made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

They sent me the wrong food, which was frustrating. It took a few days to get it all sorted out too, so not the smoothest experience tbh. Mistkaes happen, but the wait made it more annoying...

I’ve used Viva Pets a few times, mostly when they had promo codes on pet food. The prices can be good with the discount, but the weird part is that sometimes the code wouldn’t work, or the deal seemed to be gone by the time I tried to use it. Delivery was fine, nothing amazing but no major issues either. I’d probably check them again if I saw another offer, I just wish the promotions were a little clearer

I got exactly what I ordered, and there were no mix-ups at all. that’s all you can fairly ask for, everything was straightforward and as expected.

I was all set to grab a few things for my pets, but once I saw the shipping cost, I immediately felt like I’d made a mistake even considering it. It pushed the total way higher than I expected and just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Kind of disappointing because I actually wanted the items, but unless the shipping gets more reasonable, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I always feel like if the pictures are accurate then the whole thing is probably fine, which maybe isn’t perfect logic, but it worked out here. No weird surprises, so I’m happy with it and I’d buy from here again.

I messaged them because I needed an update, and it took days to get a reply. i don’t have the patience to sit around waiting that long, especially when the response wasn’t even that helpful.

I ordered some food and treats from vivapets.com the whole checkout was really easy. Everything loaded properly, my payment went through on the first try, and I liked that the shipping cost was shown before I paid. Nice. No strange steps, no annoying pop-ups, and the confirmation email came through right away. Simple. Smooth. Can’t really ask for more

I tried using vivapets to look for pet food, and umm, it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The site felt a little messy to me, pages loaded slowly, and some of the menus weren’t easy to find. The search results were confusing too, and the filters didn’t really help as much as I expected. I ended up clicking around a lot just to compare a few products. It does work in the end, but i’d probably only use it again if I really had to.

My order did show up in the end, so that was a relief, but the tracking wasn’t great. It just sat there for days with no updates, and I wasn’t sure where the parcel was or if it was even moving. Support did reply when I asked, but they couldn’t really give me much more information, so I was kind of left guessing until it arrived.

Paying with PayPal was quick and easy, which I appreciated. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first and kept double-checking everything before confirming, but the payment went through without any issues.

My order showed up right on time, so that was great. The only thing was the box was a little crushed on one side when it got here. Luckily, nothing inside was broken, but yeah, I feel like it could’ve been packed with a bit more care. Overall, not a bad experience, I just expected the packaging to be a little better

The delivery was fine and the loyalty points do help a bit, so I’ll give them that. But whoever runs this really needs to make the whole rewards thing feel more worthwhile.

I was trying to find my dog’s usual food and couldn’t hardly get it anywhere, but vivapets actually had it in stock. Ordering was quick and there wasn’t no messing about, which I really appreciated. just happy they had it when I needed it.
